Mowing Boy (philosophical story)
A mowing boy had a phone call to Mrs. Chen and said: "Do you need mowing requirement?"
Mrs. Chen replied: "no, I have mowing workers."
The boy said: "I will help you pull out the weed in flowers."
Mrs. Chen replied: "My mowing workers did it."
The boy said: "I will help you cut the grass around walkways."
Mrs. Chen said: "The one who i employed had already done it, thank you, I do not need a new mowing worker."
Then the boy hung up the phone, and the boy's roommate asked him: "Are you working for Mrs. Chen? Then why you phone her?"
The boy said: "I just want to know how well I do!"
Experience and Reflection: Focus on customers, and keep consulting the customers’ comments, so that we can know our own advantages and disadvantages, then we can adopt our advantages and avoid the disadvantages to improve the working efficiency, then grasp the customers. Between administrators and stuff, this is a good way to provide "mutual understanding and mutual communication".
