Facebook user growth declines, income slows

According to Digital Trends, Facebook's user growth fell in Europe during the second quarter of 2018.
The social media company announced their second quarter earnings report on July 25th, indicating that 2.5 billion users are active on their apps platform each month.
The metric includes Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, but does not count users twice if they use multiple apps.
However Facebook's quarterly earnings report also showed that revenue growth slowed due to lower activity in their advertising markets.
